For questions about the free calculator, the Depth Cheat Sheet, The Landscape Material Planner, an order, or anything else related to this site, reach out by email at [email protected]. Messages are read and answered by a person, not an automated system.
Order support
For a question about a specific order, including a payment issue or a problem downloading The Landscape Material Planner, include the email address used at checkout so the order can be located quickly. See the order page for how purchases and downloads work.

What to put in your message
The more of this arrives in the first email, the sooner the reply contains a number instead of a question.
| Subject | What helps straight away |
|---|---|
| A calculator result that looks wrong | The area, the depth and the material you selected, so the same figure can be reproduced |
| An order | The email address used at checkout and the approximate date |
| The free Depth Cheat Sheet | The address you entered and the browser you used, if the download does not start |
| An error in a guide | The page address and the sentence concerned |
How messages are prioritised
Anything about a paid order is answered first, then reports of a wrong figure in a guide or in the calculator, then general questions. Replies are written by a person on working days.
What cannot be answered by email
A delivery quote is a matter for your local yard, since haulage is priced by distance and truck size rather than by volume. What this site can do is tell you the volume and the weight to quote, which is the part most people get wrong. The calculator gives both.
