Product and price

The Landscape Material Planner is sold for 12 USD as a single, one time purchase. Prices are displayed in US dollars at checkout, inclusive of any applicable tax shown by Stripe at the time of payment.

Delivery

The Landscape Material Planner is delivered as an immediate digital download; there is no physical shipment. The download link is provided on the confirmation page right after payment and by email to the address used at checkout, as described on the files page.

Right of withdrawal for digital content

Because The Landscape Material Planner is a digital file made available for immediate download upon payment, the purchase is treated as fulfilled at the point of delivery, consistent with standard practice for instantly delivered digital goods. If a download genuinely fails or a file is corrupted, contact social@alexandrefuchs.fr for the issue to be resolved.

No subscription

This is a single purchase for a single PDF file. There is no recurring billing and nothing to cancel.

Payment security

Payments are processed by Stripe. This site never receives or stores full card numbers.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law, the jurisdiction of WEABLE SAS's registered office, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights available under the law of the buyer's country of residence.
